The new UND wireless network provides a little hassle to sync/browse the web on our PDAs, but it is possible. Turn on your PDA and allow it to connect to the UND wireless network. When it connects, it will not have internet access right away. Open the browser of your choice, and it will redirect you to the network login page. Since we can't download Clean Access (aka crappy authentication), we will have to use the Login As Guest feature. Enter your UMAIL username and password, then press the Guest Access button. It then gives you a screen with a link to the page you were trying to load, and a log out button. Just click the link and you should have full internet access (but for a limited amount of time before it makes you sign on again as guest). Hope you enjoy this extra loop to jump through as we end our year.

To use it, simply click the orange RSS logo by the news link. Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Microsoft Outlook have RSS readers built in. Just click the subscribe button. There are other readers out there as well that you can use, like Google Reader.

FEBRUARY 19, 2009 (Thursday): by the end of this day we need everyone in the class to have these minimum entries:
- 2 cases of the week (from weeks 3, 4 and 5)
- 1 skills lab = NG tube insertion
[It is important for our test of the system with all the class entries before week 8 and need your cooperation; Thank you]

MARCH 6, 2009 (Friday): A significant portion of your clinical skills grade for the block is made up of having the following entries completed by the end of March 6th (Friday afternoon of week 8):
- 6 cases of the week (from weeks 3 through 8)
- 4 clinical skills (NG, Foley, female GU/breast and male GU/rectal exams)
- 1 ACE patient
[Eleven entries total for this block] If you have entered more, or would like to enter more, please feel free to do so. This is the minimum required.
